Shipping policy

Because we attach great importance to the satisfaction of our customers, we currently offer free shipping to Switzerland, Germany, Austria and France.

Please note, however, that for orders to Switzerland additional customs fees may arise for which the customer is responsible.

The delivery period is broken down as follows:

1. Processing time (0-1 business days)

As soon as we have received your order, we will check it for completeness and accuracy before releasing it for shipping.

2. Delivery time (1-3 working days)

After your order has been released for delivery, we will immediately hand it over to our shipping service provider. You will then receive your tracking number by email. Since we store our products in German warehouses, the delivery time is usually 1-3 working days.

Delivery times during public holidays:

Please note that delivery times may vary during the holidays by up to delay 5 working days can.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless other agreements have been made. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item longest delivery timethat you ordered.
